How much is shipping?

$2 flat rate for all orders!

Can I pick up my order locally?
No, not at this time. However, shipping within Vancouver should arrive within 2-4 business days (Canada Post takes a little time).

Do you supply a tracking number with shipments?
We do not unless you use an upgraded shipping method. Please contact us for more details.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It really depends on where you're located and the month of your order. Shipping times are generally longer in December.

Below is some estimated shipping times to various locations in North America.
Vancouver: 2-4 business days
Quebec/Ontario: 5-6 business days
California: 5-6 business days
Florida: 7-8 business days

Can I upgrade my shipping method to something faster?
Yes, please contact us for more details.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please visit your order status page and click "Contact".


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal only. PayPal supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and much more. Please visit PayPal's website for more information.

I received a defective product, what do I do?
Please go to the returns page and fill in all the information.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, however it must be changed before we ship your order. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you ship to APO addresses and PO boxes?

I haven't received my order ID. What do I do?
In rare occasions, our mail server fails to send out a confirmation e-mail containing your order ID. If you do not receive a confirmation email an hour after you place your order, please contact us.


What is your return policy?
We will issue full refunds for any product as long as it is in the original unopened packaging.


Where are you located?
We are located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada.

Will any of my order information be shared with anyone else?
Absolutely not.
When an order is placed through our website, we will record your name, email, and shipping address. Your e-mail address is needed so that we can contact you incase of any problems.

This information is used with our ORDER STATUS system and for shipping purposes. We will not share your contact information with anyone else, and we won't send you any newsletters/advertisements (unless you have signed up).

Is it safe to make a payment through your store?
Absolutely. At the moment, we only accept PayPal as our primary payment method. PayPal is very secure, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and 168-bit encryption. We do not receive any of your credit card information.
